Fill Out The Form And Click The Submit Button And Your Return Authorization Form Will Be Automatically Sent To Our Returns Dept. For Processing. You Will Then Be Emailed Or Called A Valid Return Authorization Number. It's Fast And Simple To Get Your Defective Products Back. Once We Receive Your Defectives At The Warehouse The Replacements Go Out Immediately With Your Next Product Order. Return Authorization Numbers Are Valid Only For 20 Days Once Issued.
